Commercial Maintenance Services is the commercial brand of CMS Solutions DFW LLC, led by Cherokee Semchenko. Established in 2020, CMS serves Texas property owners and managers with roofing, concrete, exterior repairs and construction.
Our commercial division is focused on the needs of businesses and managed properties: defining the scope, understanding site access, communicating recommendations and coordinating the included work. We want your team to know what is proposed and why before making a decision.
We believe in being relational, not transactional. That means taking time to understand the property, explaining options clearly and building a working relationship that can continue beyond one repair.
Our exterior capabilities include commercial roofing and preventive maintenance; concrete, asphalt and striping; drainage and gutters; stucco, siding and masonry repairs; fences and gates; retaining walls, hardscape and selected outdoor amenity construction. Each service is scoped to the property’s conditions and the work authorized in writing.
We are fully insured, A+ BBB Accredited and RCAT Licensed & Certified. Ask for current documentation and the warranty terms applicable to your proposal. Roofing and qualifying structural builds carry a lifetime craftsmanship warranty; concrete and masonry carry a one-year warranty, subject to written terms. Product manufacturer warranties are separate.

RCAT’s voluntary roofing contractor program includes qualification requirements, exams and continuing education. It is an industry credential, not a Texas state-issued roofing license.
About RCAT credentials ↗Ask for current insurance documentation and the written scope for your property. Materials, exclusions, warranty terms and project requirements are confirmed before work is authorized.
